Video Clips Play In Embedded Players - Troubleshooting

All video clips and music videos are WMV (windows media video) files. Your internet must support WMV files for them to work. All clips and music videos play at 346 K bits per second up to 756 K bits per second. The Video Codec used for all the embedded clips and music videos is Windows Media Video V8. Please keep in mind that not everyone has the same internet connection, or the same computer or operating system. This can make it frustrating when you are trying to view something and some kind of problem occurs. There is only so much I can do but there is no possible way that I can fix everyone's problems, whether the clips are embedded or not. If you can view the short storyline clip at the top of each storyline page, then you should have no problem viewing any of the clips that are also embedded. If the embedded media player does not work, or you cannot hear the video clip or the storyline page music, you have to make sure that the play sounds and videos in web pages are enabled. To check or to enable this feature, do the following: 1.go to your internet explorer. 2.select tools, which is located at the top of the page. 3.select internet options. 4.select advanced then scroll down until you see the subheader multimedia. make sure the play sounds in web pages and play videos in web pages are checked. 5. select apply then select ok. You should then be able to hear the music and watch all the video clips in the embedded players. Note - these step by step instructions may be different for another computer. The Embedded Media Player Is A Pop Up Window :

Sometimes certain popup blockers will mistake the embedded player as a popup window. If you need to, disable your popup blocker so the embedded player can open. If any clip freezes while you are watching it, try this : close the media window then reopen it by left clicking on the same link again. If this works, then that particular file and or the internet was busy at that moment or the video was not streaming right. If the embedded video clip is still freezing while you are trying to watch it, then please try :

1. Left click on the desired video clip title and description that you choose within any storyline or music video page. The player will come up. If it does not, then have your pop up blocker disabled for the time being.

2. Right click on the player itself.

3. Click Options...

4. You are now on the little pop up page called Performance. Stay on that page.

5. At the top of the page, it says Connection Speed.

6. Click on Choose Connection Speed.

7. Select one of the connection speeds that it lists. Then select Apply then OK. Close the page. Remember, only you know your computer best.

Viewing The Embedded Video Clips At Full Screen :

You can right click on the player itself and select Zoom. Then click on Full View. This will allow you to watch the clip at full screen. Always remember that if you are having any problems with the embedded clips or music videos, please know that I am not to blame. Please do not blame me for the clips not working for you. The embedded clips work best for the majority of the many visitors who come here and they work the best for me. So I will not change the players. This is all I know that can help some visitors view the clips and the music videos. If I find out more information, I will add it to this list. Thank you.
